Mobile information and SMS consent. No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. We use vendors that help us operate our business, such as CRM and marketing automation software (including HighLevel/GoHighLevel), SMS and telephone carriers, email delivery, scheduling, analytics, hosting, and payment processing. They may access your information only to perform services for us and are required to protect it.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Infinsa Leads, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any SMS opt-in data would remain subject to this policy.

Our Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
