1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Infinsa Consulting LLC, doing business as Infinsa Leads (“Infinsa Leads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing infinsaleads.com or submitting information through our forms, funnels, or applications (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

2. About Infinsa Leads

Infinsa Leads is a website design and lead-conversion services company. We provide websites and related services, such as online booking, lead capture, local SEO, CRM setup and automated follow-up, to businesses.

We are not a home service contractor, insurance agency, or tax or legal professional. We do not perform home service work or provide insurance, tax, or legal advice, and nothing on our website or in our communications is a quote, estimate, or recommendation for any home service work.

3. If You Are a Homeowner or Consumer

When you submit your information through one of our forms or funnels, you request that we, and home service companies who work with us, contact you about your inquiry.

  • We may contact you by phone, text message, and email, as described in our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
  • We may share your information with a home service company so they can contact you and schedule an appointment.
  • Any home service company that contacts you is an independent business, not an employee or agent of Infinsa Leads. Any agreement you enter into is solely between you and that home service company. Infinsa Leads does not supervise, guarantee, or endorse any home service company's work, materials, pricing, warranties, or results.
  • You are responsible for reviewing a home service company's license, insurance, reviews, warranties, and pricing before hiring them, including through your state or local contractor licensing board.
  • Submitting information does not obligate you to hire anyone.

4. If You Are a Home Service Company or Business Client

Our services are provided under a separate written Service Agreement signed by you and Infinsa Leads. If these Terms conflict with your Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls for the services it covers.

Legal responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your advertising, marketing content, offers, communications, and solicitation practices follow all laws and regulations that apply to you, including contractor licensing, consumer protection, home solicitation, and telemarketing rules, and for holding any license and insurance required for the work you advertise. Infinsa Leads does not provide legal or regulatory advice.

Performance and results. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, weather and storm activity, offer, budget, crew availability, follow-up speed, and sales process. Any appointment targets, projections, examples, or case studies, including examples showing job values, revenue, or return on investment, are illustrative only and are not promises or guarantees of results, income, or jobs, except for the specific written performance commitment, if any, in your Service Agreement.

Advertising spend. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to advertising platforms and is separate from our service fees, unless your Service Agreement says otherwise. We do not guarantee any particular advertising cost or return.

5. Communications Consent

By providing your phone number or email and checking any consent box on our forms, you agree to receive communications from us as described in our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt out at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
  • Submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or attempt unauthorized access
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect data from the site
  • Copy, resell, or reverse engineer any part of the Services

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, designs, funnels, sequences, and software, is owned by or licensed to Infinsa Leads and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services rely on third-party platforms, such as HighLevel/GoHighLevel, advertising platforms, telephone carriers, and payment processors. We are not responsible for outages, changes, policy decisions, or errors from those providers, including delays or blocking of messages by wireless carriers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFINSA LEADS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). LIABILITY UNDER A SIGNED SERVICE AGREEMENT IS GOVERNED BY THAT AGREEMENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinsa Leads and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted, as shown by the “Last Updated” date. Continued use means you accept the changes.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the SMS Terms, and any signed Service Agreement are the entire agreement regarding the Services.
