SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description

Infinsa Consulting LLC d/b/a Infinsa Leads (“Infinsa Leads”) texts business owners who request a free website demo through our form at infinsaleads.com/opt-in (and check the SMS consent box) or who text or call our number first. Every message is a one-to-one reply from a real person, sent to:

  • Answer your questions
  • Set up your free website demo
  • Confirm your free website demo
  • Reschedule your free website demo

2. How You Opt In

You opt in by (1) submitting the form at infinsaleads.com/opt-in or our demo booking form and checking the optional SMS consent box, or (2) texting DEMO (or any message) to (645) 241-5742. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. You may receive a few messages while we set up or confirm your demo and fewer afterward.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details. Infinsa Leads does not charge you for text messages.

5. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any text message at any time. You may also reply QUIT, CANCEL, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and you will not receive further texts unless you text or call us again. You may also email corey@infinsaleads.com to opt out.

Reply HELP to any text message, or email us at corey@infinsaleads.com.

7. Supported Carriers

The Program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy and Data Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date shows the current version.
